This is supposed to be a dress, really - but it probably shrank in the wash, or it's just meant for really short people. I'll probably have to wear it as a top next or risk indecent exposure. At it is, I don't know if I've flashed anyone when I wore it out that day! Sometimes being taller than the average height sucks - I always feel like a giant in office whenever I wear heels and somehow when you're tall and wearing short hemlines, you seem to attract more attention than a shorter person.
